Union/Netcare Alberton Hospital – Qualified Sonographer

Key responsibilities:

Performing ultrasounds in abdominal and pelvic, musculoskeletal, small parts, vascular, cranial/neonatal/pediatric, 1st trimester pregnancy etc. (No call and no reporting of examinations required)

Requirements:

  • Formal Ultrasound qualification
  • HPCSA Registration
  • Excellent patient care and passion for ultrasound
  • Able to work Mon – Friday 7h30 – 4h30 pm, 8h00 – 5h00 pm & 9h00 – 18h00 pm plus one Saturday morning every month from 8h00 – 13h00 (with an option of ½ off / payment for these hours)
  • Flexible regarding working hours when needed
  • A valid driver’s license with own reliable transport

Competitive Package includes:

  • Provident fund employer contribution of 6% (employee contribution also at 6%)
  • Medical aid company contribution of R 2200 per month
  • Group medical aid scheme with Discovery (thus no waiting period if you join)
  • Annual uniform allowance
  • Payment of HPSCA registration

Performing ultrasounds in abdominal and pelvic, musculoskeletal, small parts, vascular, cranial/neonatal/pediatric, 1st trimester pregnancy, interventional procedures etc.

Requirements:

  • Formal Ultrasound qualification with a reputable Institution
  • HPCSA Registration
  • Excellent patient care and passion for ultrasound
  • Able to work Mon – Friday 8h00 – 5h00 (no compulsory after hour shifts)
  • A valid driver’s license with own reliable transport

Linksfield Hospital – Qualified Sonographer 

Key responsibilities:

Performing ultrasounds in abdominal and pelvic, musculoskeletal, small parts, vascular, cranial/neonatal/pediatric, 1st trimester pregnancy etc.

Requirements:

  • Formal Ultrasound qualification
  • HPCSA Registration
  • Excellent patient care and passion for ultrasound
  • Able to works weekly shift rotations of 8 – 5, 8:30 – 5:30 and 9 – 6 plus one Saturday morning every 4 weeks from 9h00 – 13h00 (with an option of a ½ day off, or payment for these hours)
  • Flexible regarding working hours when needed
  • A valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
