Key responsibilities:
Performing ultrasounds in abdominal and pelvic, musculoskeletal, small parts, vascular, cranial/neonatal/paediatric, 1st trimester pregnancy, interventional procedures etc.
Requirements:
- Formal Ultrasound qualification
- HPCSA Registration
- Excellent patient care and passion for ultrasound
- Able to work Mon – Friday 8h00 -17h00, 8h30 – 17h30 pm & 9h00 – 18h00 pm plus one Saturday morning every month from 9h00 – 13h00
- Flexible regarding working hours when needed
- A valid driver’s license with own reliable transport

- Public Holiday Day Call: 12-hour shift
Please note: you will be required to assist with call and overtime from time to time should we experience staff shortages (if there are less than 6 sonographers participating in the night call and less than 8 participating in weekend overtime shifts.) You will then be required to work one call shift every 6 weeks and a weekend overtime shift once every month.
Remuneration: Competitive market related package

What You’ll Do:
As our HR Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations. You will:
- Handle all general HR administrative tasks
- Manage recruitment processes, including job ads, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer letters
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Answer general HR inquiries and assist with basic IR issues like investigations and disciplinary
actions - Coordinate performance appraisals and track HR metrics
- Assist in the preparation of Employment Equity (EE), Affirmative Action (ATR), and Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) reports
- Manage uniform ordering and attendance tracking for new staff
- Draf and offer short training sessions on HR-related topics
- Provide support in maintaining a smooth, organized HR function that aligns with company goals
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who is passionate about HR admin and enjoys maintaining structure and accuracy in day-to-day processes. The ideal candidate will have:
- A formal HR qualification (NQF Level 5)
- At least 2 years of proven experience in HR administration, ideally in a high-pressure
environment - A solid understanding of South African labour law, misconduct investigations, and EE & SD plans and reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivation and a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
